Paris

Ahhhh The City of Lights, and Christmas time is Paris did not disappoint! We played the ultimate tourist and it was magic.

We only had a couple days in Paris so we just hopped all around town and did as much as we could.

We couldn’t get to the top of the Eiffel Tower, but we managed to get to the top of the Arc de Triomphe just before a storm arrived, saw the Irving Penn exhibit, walked the Champs-Élysées - and per Rob’s request stopped for a Royal with Cheese!

Got to visit our good friends who just moved back to Paris. Fun fact, Fred married us!

Popped into Merci, drank RAKE on a balcony, bought some perfume, got stuck in a hail storm in front of our little Airbnb, and watched the Eiffel Tower glow.

But most importantly, we got to smooch under the glittering lights of the city!
