Zoodles

Who doesn’t love a big bowl of noodles? Since I have gotten older, my tolerance for pasta has diminished to zero and just leaves me bloated and feeling really gross (I am not gluten intolerant, but I try to avoid pasta and any dense carbs because…well I’m in my 40’s.)

Thankfully we have zoodles to the rescue! Since zucchini happens to be a family favorite, we tend to always have some laying around or growing in the garden. All you need is a spiralizer and you have a great pasta alternative. Spiral it up, saute if you want to…or leave it plain…then add a bolognese sauce or just some olive oil and coarse sea salt and viola, dinner!
