Tomato + Peach Gazpacho

With a heat wave in full effect, is there anything better than a good bowl of gazpacho? The answer is NO, there isn’t, especially this recipe from Feasting at Home!

I follow a lot of food bloggers, but I have a few favorites who’s recipes I actually try…Sylvia is one of them. Her recipes are diverse, delicious, and seasonal! When I received her latest email with Tomato + Peach Gazpacho, I knew it was on the menu that evening.

We have been making a lot of bread in our house so I opted to add some homemade croutons out of our leftover loaf! Served on the side with a gold glass of Mondial and it was a winning combo!
